Directing
I approach directing as an extension of teaching: a practice grounded in curiosity, rigor, and collaboration. My work centers the actor’s craft—text analysis, embodied choice, and responsive listening—as the primary engine of storytelling. I value process over product, cultivating rehearsal rooms where experimentation is expected, failure is useful, and specificity is earned.
